Food nothing like on their website, the sweet and sour chicken balls were very doughy and under cooked, considering all their set meals had them included you would think it was something that they would do well. Very bland meal and we ended up leaving most of it. Very disappointed

Great food would definitely recommend the food is great some staff are friendly and others will blame noise coming from the kitchen other than that I would recommend the food

As a regular customer we knew we had to order early as they get busy on deliveries, so we must’ve been amongst the first to order through at 2 mins to 5 and still waited 1 hour 45 for the delivery to arrive! After phoning on 2 occasions to chase we were told, firstly after 1 hour of waiting they were waiting for the driver to come back and just finishing it off and it will be on its way. 2nd after 1 hour 20 I was told they were busy to which I responded we were the first order, to then be told they waited for another order to be done as it was in the same area and it would save the driver coming again, so we were lied to twice!! After eventually arriving 1 hour 45 minutes later the food wasn’t overly hot upon delivery and spoiled the occasion as it wasn’t the same or as nice as normal. I have to believe the food was made ready but then waited for the other order to be cooked as it wasn’t hot or fresh at all.

First off the food didn't taste bad, it was just weird. Chow mein was bland, no evidence of being cooked in a wok. Chicken in black bean SAUCE completely lacked in SAUCE, as with a pork dish. Chicken balls tasted previously frozen and old/freezer burnt. Chips tasted as if they have been repeatedly fried. Also, placed our order on the website and requested delivery for 7pm as we had friends arriving at 6:30 but recieved our order an hour and 5 minutes early, which resulted in cold food by the time our friends arrived. Very under par meal and won't be returning.

The takeaway looked the part when I went to pick up my food. Clean and friendly staff and you can now see into the kitchen while your food is prepared. I think the cook must have changed. My salt and pepper prawns had no salt and pepper on them and came from a huge freezer bag I watched the cooks tip them in the fryer). The chow mein was bland. Sorry but I won't be back.
