Flames Bbq House - Fenland

I am a regular and order every month to 2 months if I’m treating myself. I always order the same thing! 1x rice, Halloumi wrap without the humus, and a few other bits. Nearly everytime I ordered it’s great but there has been a few occasions where it’s delivered cold and waited longer than an hour for it. Also they still sometimes put the Humus in when I ask for it without. Other than this I really enjoy the quality of the food and thinks it’s great!

This was our favourite place for kebabs. The rice was to die for. Food beautifully cooked. Fresh and clean. But now. Not at all. We have just had the worst ever food from them. I don’t know if they have new owners or a new chef but OMG. Absolutely awful. There has been a slow decline over the past few months and we stopped going there.(Food cold when arrived for home delivery, items missing) Hoping it would get better. And it has not. In fact it is actually worse. The chicken was not totally cooked through and some pieces were tough. The rice sticky and tasteless. We were all just so disappointed. We will not have food from there again and will no longer recommend to friends and neighbours. Which we did before. So disappointed

Soooo disappointed today ordeded a usually amazing pork shish from flames to find that they had ran out of pork and substituted it with richmond sausage. Usually really good but i doubt ill be using again. Barely any meat in the tray just some over cooked sausage disgusted.

Usually very good, ordered the large mixed lamb shish, when arrived, not impressed not a lot of meat and looked like it had just been thrown together.

I received my free delivery kebab quickly and hot, just as I ordered. The kebab was served in separate parts, keeping the delicious salad from chilling the meat. Excellent service.
