Great lunch out with the girls. We enjoyed our food and our waiter was great. I would not recommend the Caesar cocktail . It had a lot or Worcestershire and did not taste great.

One of my favourite places to visit. Always a great meal and locals are entertaining!

I grew up in Fenelon Falls and often go in. The Cow and Sow has gone through some serious changes over the years. It was extensively renovated and at the end of the renos, the establishment was sold. I was in well before the recent renovations and thought it was just okay. On this recent visit, my son and I were in Fenelon to fish at the falls. We stopped in to the Cow and Sow for lunch. The inside looks really good, a bit crowded, but still comfortable. They have a large traditional bar with quite a few beer types on tap. I was surprised to find that the upstairs has a full pinball arcade and that they hold special events there. I ordered the one piece fish and chips with gravy and my son ordered the beef dip and fries. I was shocked that as busy as it was, our food came out fast. My son said that the beef dip was the best sandwich he'd ever had except for two things: the bun fell apart and the dip was somewhat salty for his liking. I tasted the dip and agreed; while very flavourful, it verged on being a bit too salty. My fish and chips were wonderful and the side gravy was very good as well. The prices were in line with eating at a sit down restaurant and were reasonable. I did think the service was a wee bit slow, but again not unreasonable. Overall, I'm quite impressed at the new Cow and Sow. Well doneParking: In behind the Cow and Sow is a large municipal parking lot that is free to park in.

My husband and I just moved to Fenelon Falls and went in for lunch, I had the Ruben Sammy with fries, the best Ruben I've had! My husband had the beef dip, also great! Service was fabulous! We'll be back!
