Room was in a state, stains on the walls and bed. 6 moths flying around my room for some reason. And to top it off, my toilet was broken. Will never stay again. Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 3

Just visited for a wake it was perfect food delicious

Traditional hotel. Very friendly staff. Plenty of car parking space. Our room was one of the suites and it was huge with a lovely, comfortable bed, dressing table, TV, tea/coffee/hot chocolate making facilities. The en suite bathroom was huge as well with his her sinks, toilet, shower and free standing bath. All perfectly clean. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Very nice and clean only problem walls are thin and even on second floor could hear people outside talking at midnight Rooms: Spacious and comfortable Walkability: At the end of Felixstowe town Hotel highlights: Great value
