Ordered online from the official website and paid right away. The food is really good, but it fails because of the service . Unfortunately, the cheesecake we ordered and paid for never arrived. Tried calling 3 times no one picked up. I filled out the contact form on the website no response. Wrote a message via Instagram no reply. So I paid something that I never received and the MyFelix employees don 't care.

The order has not worked properly again. just happened to us for the third time.
That was not very good this time. we ordered wraps. they were burned, and it's a pity that they took the dumplings bowl out of the menu.
