Yummy Teriyaki - Federal Way

5 out of 5, drive past the other teriyaki places and come here, trust me!

I've been coming to Yummy Teriyaki for the past couple of years. Food was always good and flavorful. Ordered teriyaki chicken to go today. I was disappointed. The chicken was very dry with not much flavor. The sauce was mostly on the top with not much sauce on the bottom row. The sauce was kind of thick like a bbq sauce. The lady at the front was very friendly but it's not the same lady as in the past. I assume different owners judging by the food. Hopefully they make some adjustments to the way they cook their food. I'm willing to give them another try.

This used to be a good place for teriyaki. It had good portions and good taste with plenty of sauce. I resently ordered chicken teriyaki and it was charred, not much teriyaki sauce, not much chicken, and the flavor was not good. Very disappointed! I don't know what has happened to this place but I'll think twice before I order again.

The best beef teriyaki and it comes with rice and lettuce salad. Their house fried rice is also yummy. They were fast filling a lot of take-out orders....very popular. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy. The food is really good and I am picky about other people's food. Give a take-out order a try and you'll be glad you did !

I've been to Yummy Teriyaki several times in the past few months. I love it. I'm an avid fan of the chicken/short rib combo. Before I would drive to Seattle for my favorite grub, but now that I have found Yummy , I'll save on gas. At every point of transaction with the staff, I've had no problems. They've been great. And the food is awesome, excellent. Even the short ribs are always juicy and tender. As long as it's this way always, You have a customer for life. And shame on those who are posting fake pics and reviews. Because of the malicious way in which ya'll trying to destroy the family's livelihood, they shall be doubly blessed. For I pray that all they lay their hands on be prosperous.
