Pizza Hut - Federal Way

Ordered online, carry out. When I arrived at home, I opened the pizza box and the pizza I received is 100% wrong. PS: they gave me a $35 coupon for next purchase, not bad

I always order pizza from this place and I have always been satisfied. My order is always correct and their timing is always on the mark. Everyone is super friendly there as well.

Tried The Big New Yorker which was double pepperoni, also had lots of grated parm on top. It 's just alright. Crust is fine, the size is nice. The pizza is pretty over salted though. Could barely eat the second slice after the first saturated my palate with so much salt. Even rootbeer didn 't help. Also tried their cheesesteak melt. It 's basically a thin crust with their toppings inside and then folded in half. Barely any steak. I had maybe two small pieces in one half of the melt. The majority is just pepper onion and cheese. They also gave the wrong sauce. It 's advertised as coming with a garlic parm sauce but they just put in a ranch cup. I 'd stick to their regular pizza next time and skip the melts unless you just want a folded in half pizza for $8 lol.

Pizza seemed already baked and then reheated. I ordered a thin and crispy and a hand tossed. They were both thin... Won't order from them again.. happened too many times.

Ordered well in advance and didn't get my pizza till 30 minutes AFTER the scheduled pick up time. Also new York style pizza had no tomato sauce in it and when I asked for a side of sauce they wanted to charge extra for it whereas other pizza chains will give it to you for free. Customers service was rude as well. I can see why this pizza chain has really gone down over the years. I will no longer be going here I wouldn't be surprised if pizza hut goes bankrupt in the next 10 years with how they have been running things.
