Bidra med feedbackAs an author of more than 30 google reviews, I proud myself of producing fair and unbiased reviews for business I have been dealing with. Unfortunately today I must give this business 2 stars. First off, they are never impressive, always give the minimum when it comes to customer service. Second, I have a couple that 5.99 for footlong, but I ordered a wrap. Guess what, they would not apply the coupon to the wrap. Nothing wrong with them because they go by the book. Something must be wrong with me because I am so sick and tired of this bunch of small-minded people. I am sure if you are their friends or a customer who can cheer them up, they will be secretly telling you that they would apply the coupon. Remember this: even people in humble positions have tendency to abuse their power (no matter how small that power is).
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant! They close at 10 PM, and I arrived at 9:25 PM. I was informed that I could only perform and wasn’t allowed to sit and eat. When I placed my order, I found out that almost all of the food had been put away in coolers, so it was cold and needed to be reheated. With less than 30 minutes until closing time, the place felt like it was already shutting down, and I felt like an inconvenience for showing up. It seems like the staff were just going through the motions. Overall, it was not a great experience.
The food is consistently prepared quickly, the staff is always friendly, and the quality of the subs has greatly improved in recent years!
The staff here is excellent—always cheerful and quick! I highly recommend this Subway! The food is consistently fresh!
