Great experience. Made our drinks perfect. Recommend the mango dragon fruit refresher sub peach juice add strawberry puree w/ lite ice. Had a birthday cake pop also and it was yummy.
Sat in drive thru line for 30 minutes without even reaching the speakers. I was literally going to be late for work and had to leave without picking up my already paid for mobile order. (Which was marked for inside pickup, only to find out they have the lobby closed They also have the phone off the hook so it gives a busy tone, good luck trying to call and speak to a manager for a refund. I now have to contest the charge through my bank or Starbucks headquarters to get a refund. If they're so short staffed they need 30 minutes to serve 5 customers they should just shut the location down.
Consistently closed during hours of operation. Save some time and go somewhere else. Today marks the 5th time I’ve shown up during hours of operation to find the place closed.
This is THE MOST TERRIBLE Starbucks in Fayetteville. I’m a frequent customer and literally every time I come to this location, there is an issue. The staff doesn’t fill the drinks up all the way, they try to make you take someone else’s order if they have the same name as you, they are not attentive, they shut down prior to when they say they are closing, they shut down the lobby which is supposed to be faster if you order on the app, they don’t acknowledge you when to walk in the store… I could go on and on. This location needs some major changes.
