The Rusty Scupper holds a special place in my heart because it's where my husband and I had dinner on the day he proposed, and ever since, we have returned
Rusty Scuppers is a ridiculous name for a restaurant and actually sounds worse than Joes Crab Shack, but the food definitely makes up for it.
