Restaurant Hecht - Faulensee

Service: the reception and the service is friendly and professional. the ambienteist medium-pretentious (70/80s,) beautiful which is on the lake of Thun.The big shade is the kitchen, we haven't eaten as badly as in the rest. risotto with a fancy cream, garnished with a strawberry.This unusual combination was inedible. sour roast (ugs: suure mogge) with potato stick: this was not an sour roast but an ordinary bark roast. the finished product stocki is even better than the baroque stick served. you can still accept this in a big canteen, but not here.

Delicious food. Great view excellent service . The waiter (Michael) set a table for us with a great view. Will come back next time for sure.

First of all, this restaurant offers a nice terrace at the Thunsee. The view from there is incredibly nice. The food was outstanding. So was the service very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant is very conveniently located just a few minutes from Spiez and about 20 minutes from Interlaken. We discovered it rather accidentally by driving by and liking its appearance but we looked it up later and realized that this is a place that shouldn't be missed while traveling in the area.

Eating mussels on a terrace with the impression of being feet in the water, this is what awaits you at Hecht Restaurant. The staff is coming, even if you don't speak the language. The meal is excellent, the wine too. The grade is a little high, but we're not going every day.
