Subway - Farragut

This is a good example of the chain. This store is clean with qualified staff.

Came here today in the fog of the whole rain and was pleasantly welcomed, followed by a wonderful conversation with two great ladies, forget to catch names, but you know who you are. Thanks to the subway, stay fresh.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! Whitney, the nasty trash that works there, is the worst employee a store could ever hire. For some reason she is still there. We used to go there but one night she was working we came in, waited about m10inutes for her to casually stroll from the outside/ back of the store, smart off to us for being angry (at this point there was another customer and we were all wondering if the place had been robbed and we should call the police!!! , and then not even wash her hands before she put on gloves, wiped her nose with her finger, then started to go to the back meanwhile never even trying to begin to make sandwiches. She had the nerve to dare us to contact the owner and said he doesn 't care. He knows. NASTY!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER go there again and I have told people about it and they haven 't either. When we drive by after 8:30 she is holding court in the parking lot, smoking cigarettes with really rough people in cars, standing there with doors open and music vibrating it is so loud. The owner of this Subway should know his night shift is nothing but trash and run off more customers than he knows!

The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is because the company itself needs to get some help for that sweet blonde woman who made both my sammiches tonight and they were perfect. she was not stingy with anything and was even fun to talk with while she made my food too, give this blonde woman working on the saturday june 11 shift at 845pm a raise and get her some doggone help up in that place !

My picky eater loves the meatball sub we have a winner! It's down from the school and my brother worked there in high school good fresh food lovely service we met the GM for our area over all the locations filling in with his wife they were absolutely lovely! They were good to my brother and it's awesome to see the top guy putting in work just like any other employee always clean they always go above and beyond my kid only eats meatball subs they were out right before close one night the guy was great said he would make him the sandwich with the steak he got creative and my little guy loved it after school practice ect I appreciate the great service and good food the West End location is my personal favorite
