Bidra med feedbackLast week I got the wrong burger. Today with only one car in front of me at the drive thru I had to pull around to the front to wait for my food. Took at least 5 minutes. Got the food didn't receive the requested ketchup wrong burger again. Ordered a deluxe just got a double patty with no lettuce or tomato. Got back in the drive thru got my ketchup. Parked got my food out. No fricken napkins. You'd think almost $9 for a burger small fries you'd get a couple napkins. Not in any hurry to go back.
Order two milkshakes on the app waited 20 minutes before I left. Once I arrived at the store I pulled into the mobile parking spot and called in they tried to make me get in the drive-through line. I explained that the car line was around the building and ask if they could just run it out like they’re supposed to. They put me on hold and then came back and said yes.. I then proceeded to wait 10 minutes before the first call back into the store. I had to call in the store three times! it took over 40 minutes for my milkshakes! Sonic is right down the road I won’t be back. Really bad DQ..
If I could of gave it a zero I would staff was rude and very negative. I asked for a condiment that should of been free and the lady tried to charge me. Who ever runs this store needs to hire new people to work in the front. They are load and yelling at people and yelling very loudly people's orders. Nonsense stuff. Once again I will state how rude these people are. I will never be back.
If I could give less than a 1 star I would.Not only did the young lady with the shaved head have an EXTREMELY unprofessional attitude towards her co-workers but she was blatantly rude when I went to the counter to ask about a condiment that they didn’t put on the tray.“That’ll be 75 cents.”75 cents isn’t going to make or break me but why am I paying for the sauce you just forgot to put on the tray?“We’ll do you have your receipt?”Completely fine question to ask. Until, I look back at my husband to see if he can walk the receipt to me and she states “You should really learn to keep that stuff handy.” I’m sorry?Also, maybe stop screaming at your co-workers about orders being incorrect and offer some assistance instead of ignoring the customers lining up to order and standing at the counter twiddling your thumbs.Horrible experience. Will not be back. Ever.
Awful. Ordered a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate, was melting as they handed it to me and within 30 seconds it was completely all over my hands and the cone was mushy. Very poor service. Will never return to this location again.
