Kfc - Faro

Very nice to eat in forum algarve

Not fresh, fries fried in old oil, chickens were dry so probably heated several times, inedible. I do not recommend!!!!

I was quite happy to have found this KFC in Faro. I sorely missed this quintessential American fried chicken. However, for whatever reason, the chicken pieces from here are at least a quarter smaller than the chicken pieces back in the States. Not sure if this is a Europe thing, or a Portugal, I am not very happy because I didn't have enough chicken! The taste is the same good KFC taste, I am glad.

Unbelievable, 11 AM, we are waiting for 20 minutes alredy, the restaurant is open now,the manager is aware of us being there and yet we need to wait a further 25 minutes for chicken to be ready. I work in hospitality as senior manager for the last 20 years and never seen anything like it. Appalling. KFC what is going on ? I am really looking forward to find out. AS expected, several months later KFC shows NO CARE for COSTUMER SATISFACTION.

The language barrier made it slightly difficult to communicate however staff where polite and patient.
