Bidra med feedbackJust half an hour after the transfer before the boarding flight. we went to the airfield, but we were almost caught, as there's another passcheck before they go through the dead. a little wait! nothing really after. so they judge their time carefully. all the usual big costa coffee stuff. beautiful coffee for us. unfortunately not a gluten-free snack available. they sometimes struggle in Britain. but as expected airport prices for everything. I thought about this occasion, even in comparison with similar things we were on the way out on the air side birmingham costa.
Girls at the desk are absolutely unhelpful and unwelcoming. When I asked a question she just stared at me like What do you want from me at this time in the morning? stare. I think in this period customers are a real treasure and need to be treated properly, not like a nuisance. I 'll never go again at Costa .
The new Tokyo Olympics drinks were a disaster. There s plenty of seating, whilst waiting at the airport.
4 plastic cups for two people, why? Such a waste of resources . Staff also couldn’t open the wine properly, heathens.
Everything they sell is full of sugar, the water is tap water with no minerals... They sell diabetes, obesity and nothing healthy.. this is the society we live in and others make millions for the lack of nutrition education.. other than that it was a great atmosphere
