Toro Loco Igloos - Farmington

I visited here for happy hour and was so super impressed with the tacos and drinks that I definitely will be returning. The view is beautiful and the tacos are the BEST around, I am SO SERIOUS. Happy hour is the best bang for your buck but is worth it everytime. The service did take some time but once the ball got rolling it was smooth.

I have to give it a zero two people on the party got very sick so it was not the entire place but rather some ingredients but no one should ever get sick ever I will add that the food is a weird mix of rather good mexican an some things thar while interesting are not Mexican (I lived in mexico for 25 years chicharron is deep fried pork rinds they server pork belly that was excellent but as served it is not chicharron in Mexico) We were actually excited about the place and believed it would be a nice place to retunr but not after food poisoning that is a nono for a restaurant

This restaurant was packed, as you can see from the two videos I've uploaded. No parking left, and people were parking on both streets. I ordered the Toco Fuertes Birria the price sticker took it back. When I saw it online, it said it was only $12. Perfect Place for a hearty lunch after a round of golf.

I ended up stopping here to check it out as I was driving by one afternoon. It just so happened that it was happy hour so we chose a variety of items from the happy hour menu. We started with some tortilla chips with guacamole and salsa which was very good. We also had some spicy chicken bites with a cheese sauce which I forgot what it was called but was very good as well. Then we had 4 tacos- shrimp, chicken pork and beef which were all excellent. We washed everything down with some house margaritas which were very good also. I'm glad that I decided to stop here, the food, service and atmosphere were all excellent and I highly recommend visiting if you're in the area.
