Bidra med feedbackWe waited at the speaker for a good minute, nobody greeted us.The other speaker orders were being taken, we even waited for the other side to finish ordering! Nobody ever greeted us..The cashier cashed the person out in front of us and completely ignored us.The other cook at the window saw us and waited a minute before she put a headset on and asked us what we needed.We reported all of this to the manager Nathan and nothing at all was done.He didn 't have a headset on either, they told us they only had 1 cashier and yet the manager doesn 't have a headset on?If there 's one cashier and multiple different cooks then one of the cooks can slide and help the cashier, or at least the manager. If you know you 're short staffed then plan damage control.I will be reporting this to the GM as well.Absolutely ridiculous to Absolutely ignore a customer, never greeted once. Couldn 't even order properly due to the lack of staff.
The food is always great. Hot and fresh. One of the most expensive places to eat but I guess you will pay for better food. The employees are always nice.
Came for a swirl cone since chocolate is back. The chocolate machine was down though. Got a strawberry cream slushie instead. It was very good.
Those fries though !!! Can't go wrong with a good Rallys burger either. Theor bacon cheeseburger is great and even plain fries are amazing, but add on the toppings and
Before last month, the last time I had Rally's was a decade ago. Went back when I saw they had their chocolate/vanilla swirl cones again and it immediately brought me back to being a kid and getting a cone after a game. They have affordable food, great portions sizes, and I can't complain about any of it. I appreciate all the workers and here's to hoping they never get rid of the chocolate again. ?????
