Panera Bread - Farmington

Coffee here tastes awful. These big chains move into towns and put small businesses on their bums. Not worth their salt, and small businesses suffer. Ethics folks. Make small business bigger. Prefer small mom and pop coffee anyway.

Enjoyed eating here, took our Nephews, Sister in law her friend to eat Lunch. Everything was placed where you could see it find it. Nice Buffet setup, everyone who works there very helpful and courteous.

If I heard 1 time it was about 6 times that they were out of items. The cashier was nice and offered subs with an up charge. Husband's sandwich didn't have the right cheese, up charge for another cheese, no pecans for salad upcharge for almond. Subbed chips for something else they were out of. No tomatoes for sandwiches, maybe run to walmart and get some tomatoes. Then to top it off it was warm in there. When I asked about it, they said the air never works good and they dont fix it. Probably our favorite place in Farmington, lol. We do the sip club and always stop in to get some tea, and usually some treats to go with. We do on occasion eat lunch or dinner here, and when we do it's always great. The folks who work here have always been pleasant and super helpful, making the stop a good experience.

Bought a steak and white cheese sandwich this morning and thoroughly disappointed!!! This is what I even gave you a $2 tip for? Not again!!! Over $12 for this, my ignorance. Buy from you again, it will be checked before leaving the store
