Crowley's Variety Grill - Farmington

I visited this facility on the way north. She was behind a senior, and Veteran and she fought to get a refund for a wrong item she bought. The guy was SO RUDE! I found out later that he was the owner! She asked for help, he told her rude, she should have noticed that she picked up the wrong way. And that she was lucky because he doesn't need time to help people. I was stunned like the others in the store. Lunch on Friday! I lost my appetite for Crowley. I'll never apply for her establishment again. Now I understand why they can't help! The owner is disgustingly rude!

Worst experience ever. Ordered 3 large pizzas and a large Frenchfrie, waited over 2 hours for the delivery and called to see where my order was, was told it was delivered.... they delivered it to the wrong address. So long story short we got no pizzas and I had to drive to Crowley's the next morning to get my $62 dollars back. And got nothing from them for my troubles. Not even a free breakfast sandwich. I will never give them my business again.

Had a long workday and wanted to feed 4 people. Had ordered a large steak bomb pizza and halepenino pooppers. When I arrived to pick up only Had a steak and cheese sub and poppers?? Really ???? Much let down..... Somebody taking orders must have had a bad dayAnd made me have a bad dayAt the end of a long work day??

7 months later and nothing has been fixed. Ordered chicken tender plate with the substitute of onion rings. Which was suppose to be 1.49 extra. Got charged for both and didn't receive fries. No sauce added which I asked for over the phone. No napkins. Quite disappointed with this meal. 35.00 for what? Brought it to their attention got blown off

Absolutely love the pizza here and the staff are very friendly. The Island pizza was so delicious . They called me when my order was done . I will be going back!! Great job guys!!!
