Café Zupas - Farmington

Best Zupas we have ever been to! The food was great but the customer service was better. Thank you Olivia and Eric for making our date night so enjoyable! If I could I would give your location a 10/5 because of the staff.

Came in to pick up my online order. They just didn’t make it. Same for the other four people waiting beside me. Employees don’t acknowledge you unless you track them down. Took the guy 45 minutes to make my order. No offer of a free meal or discount. You get what you get.

Wonderful options for that New Year’s diet resolution

Me and my Husband were the ONLY people in this location at 9, they had over 5 staff members working.. yet still sent me home without half my meal. I am very upset with this location, everytime I order takeout let alone dining in, there is always a mistake. I am just unhappy it feels not important enough to the staff that the food doesn’t get served.. and i’m sorry but Zupas is not cheap. Very upsetting being the only person in the store and didn’t get my food.

Zupas is one of my favorite places to eat! I always get the Try Two Combo! I love their soups and salads! So fresh and delicious! We never have to wait very long for our food and their staff is always friendly! I love Zupas!
