Out with my parents and kids, wanted to watch the game. Our table was supposed to be on the bar, but they set us at a regular table. The table was extremely dirty and the girl seemed irritated that I asked for it to be cleaned. She came back and wiped only half the table, which I thin asked if I could wipe the rest and she handed me the rag. The place was not that busy and the food took 45 minutes, which of course half of our dishes were cold. We WILL NOT BE BACK

I keep trying to have a good experience with BWW's, but I never do. I am not one to normally complain, but I think im done doing to this restaurant for good. We booked a reservation on Open Table. The hostess (not her fault) had not been trained to understand Open Table. Put us at the bottom of the waitlist everything we had a reservation. A guy who I assume was the manager told me that that's how it would have to be due to the rush. No point of even making a reservation. My husband and I went to the bar. Bartender appeared angry that we were even sitting at the bar. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. I will never go to this location ever again.
