Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Farmingdale

I'm gonna start making my smoothies at home. I don't like to feel jipped

Its the staff eating in view of the guests.. Like where they make the smoothies..i hope she washed her hands before serving someone. As someone who works in hospitality the staff should be eating in the back out of sight. So unsanitary

The service at this restaurant was extremely poor. The cashier was very racist towards me. Even though I was the first to order, they served four other people who came after me before taking my order.

First off the menu prices are ridiculous in charging $7 to $8 plus tax for a smoothie is absurd rip off. Sorry I don't buy smoothies here ! second issue the food menu is expensive too now ! The only thing I buy here is a Southwest wrap from the breakfast menu and it was a great Item for a fair price $4.99, but that's gone up to $5.99 plus tax now. So I will only buy this Item maybe once a month if that. since their prices have gone up so much in three year's. The only thing you'll see coming in this place in and out, is spoiled high school kids college kids charging it on credit cards and not ever caring how much it is. I'm sorry but people who are paying rent or are homeowners like myself don't have the luxury of buying lunch everyday out at these prices Do the math you send $20 a day on a smoothie sandwhich/wrap for lunch times 30 days thats $600 No thank Tropical Smoothies Cafe.

The menu is straightforward with great choices. It's easy to decide on something, especially for first-time visitors. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly.
