Excellent farm and sea to table restaurant in Farmingdale NJ. They list all of the sources on the wall. We really enjoyed our dinner. Long Island Duck breast and Jambalaya. Fresh clams. Our server Sierra was wonderful. BYOB with free parking outside and in the lot behind the restaurant.

Everytime I come home, I try to find a new restarurant in the Central Jersey area and support small! I'm glad I did with this one! A unique restaurant that serves farm to table, with a changing menu based on the seasons. Don't be fooled from this little spot, as they served some of the best salmon I ever had. It's a small location enough to fit about 40-50 people inside. We were served quickly on a Sunday afternoon and had a chance to check out their latest menus. On the inside there is a wall that shows were all of their ingredients are from within the tri-state area. Very cool! Glad to support local and I think you can taste it! Highly recommend and we will be coming back here regularly to check out the next creations!
