Dunkin' - Farmingdale

Slow service. Coffee was bland. Friendly service thou.

Got ice coffee about 1/2 inch of coffee grid on bottom. Was ar work when I realized.. tried to call put on hold no one ever came to phone.. so check your coffee before you drive away

My order was correct, but the girl at the drive-thru dropped my card on the ground. Instead of apologizing (since mistakes can happen), she just looked at me and closed the window. I found that disrespectful.

This is by far the worst Dunkin' I've visited. The employees are incredibly rude and have terrible attitudes; it’s hard to even get a word out of them. I've only been coming here every afternoon since the Starbucks nearby is closed, but I won’t be returning to this location anymore. Seriously, you all need to find new jobs!

I really enjoy Dunkin', but this location is by far the worst I've ever visited. The staff seems completely clueless about how to run a business. First, they have a terrible attitude, as if you're asking for free food. On top of that, they consistently get your order wrong without even offering an apology, and instead, they give you attitude. I received a coffee that was spilled all over the place, and just take a look at how they prepare their bagels—it's unacceptable.
