Urban 42 - Fargo

Our first brunch since the beginning of the pandemic. I counted all four employees with an unknown amount of chefs to take care of the entire restaurant. Yeah, they were hugs, but they definitely deserved our repeat business. Everything was extraordinary, and the food was also brilliant. Probably the best classic eggs Benedict I've ever had. Cleanliness was not uncompromising, the service was excellent, the ambiance was refreshingly welcoming, and the food was layered in aromas.

We had a hockey tournament all weekend and I was happy that their restaurant and bar were so easy. You also have food and drinks at the Tiki bar in the pool. I really enjoyed Urban 42. I like the Walleye Tacos who had a great Panko chest. The grilled cheese and tomato soup was so comforting, but the dish was very well combined....super imagination and also the tomato soup was more like a light marinara, but diving the grilled cheese in the soup was such a perfect pair of flavors. The Sangria was huge that you're worth your money. The highlight of the drinks was the old fashion, the bartenders take their time on this drink and it is so delicious especially the cherries. I enjoyed my time, not only the food good, but the bartenders are super nice and although they were overworked they were always moved. I would recommend a waitress, especially during such a busy weekend with teams from Colorado, Roseville, MN and Las Vegas and so many other people. They also had a band on Thursday night and it was great to see all couples standing up and dancing. The bacon Mac and cheese were very rich and beautiful and smokey. The soup was disappointing the chicken wild soup was not thick and lack of taste. The Asian wings were crispy and the glaze was perfect, it came with a swan salad and the dressing blended perfectly with the wings.

I love the atmosphere of this restaurant and the staff was really nice!! The brunch was great, I would recommend the hotel and the restaurant!

They have a great breakfast buffet. I think the eggs were real. at the weekend they had an Omelet station, salmon, baked chicken legs, green beans. Yeah, that's breakfast. they also had gravitation, wagging, speck, sausage, kartoffel, French toast, yogurt, coffee, apple and orange juice. the eiermann seemed cool. waitstaff seemed nice

The chicken and waffles were so delicious! The chicken was quite moist and flavorful. This is a good place especially if you have status with Marriott.
