Bidra med feedbackThis is the second time in a year we have tried to eat at this sonic situation and had a terrible experience both paintings. the inside area is closed so that they must order through the running gear or app. the drive through was both secured paints so we tried the app. I first ordered the app with three teenage girls. the order went through, but we ended 40 minutes waiting for no incident - after several unanswered calling because we couldn't go in and nobody answered the phone, a worker finally came to eat with someone else and I hit them down to have their check on the order. my card was charged, but they didn't have my order, so we had to wait another 15 minutes until they finally made it. the second time, similar we had to use the app. after the order for 3 of us I went to the cash, and my account came up, but it refused my card. I entered another card and there was a mistake message. I entered a third card and there was a mistake. then to mcdonald’s and my card was not rejected, so it was not my card. irritated that I had to spend 15 minutes of my life to order food and had to go to go somewhere else. if their only option is app or go through, they should probably work these services more effectively. it would be highly recommended to skip this place.
Decent food, friendly staff, and extremely quick service every time. I've used the drive through a few times and an employee brought my mobile order out to me while in the line so I wouldn't have to wait to get to the window.I HIGHLY recommend ordering through the app because there's tons of discounts, deals, and free food.
Waited for 15 to have our order taken, no one responded to take our order, so we ordered on the app. Got a call that they weren't serving food, drinks only. No signs or anything stating drinks only, as the order screen advertised a full menu. Was supposed to be a quick stop thru town and was a half hour wait for just drinks. Not convenient.
We've TRIED to go here but we weren't able to get anything. Couldn't get any service at the carhop stations, so we switched to drive thru where the long line wasnt moving at all. We were understanding the first time this happened because I know long lines be like that... but the exact same thing happened when we tried going back. Must be the norm to go there and not be able to even order anything.
Only the drive through was open and they were only accepting cash. This was during a busy time during the weekend. Luckily we happened to have cash on hand. The desserts are very good. I'm not really a fan of the food but my wife swears the hot dogs are good. Will have to try them later this summer some time.
