The staff at this restaurant knows me by name and that I always place a mobile order. Mekdes has been my barista for years and I make a special effort to drive out of my way to come here for my coffee because of her. Even though the line can be long, the staff always works hard to keep it moving efficiently. I highly recommend this spot for a quick breakfast option. The prices range from $1-10 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5 out of 5.

If you arrive too early for your mobile order at this restaurant, be prepared to be scolded. The staff can be quite rude. I experienced disrespect multiple times from the older African women at the drive-thru when I arrived too early for my mobile order, even though I arrived at the time specified in the app. I ultimately decided to stop going there and instead stick with Bradlick Starbucks, where the customer service is good and they know how to make drinks. The restaurant's service is for takeout only.

The staff were friendly, but I had to wait 25 minutes for my drink to be made. It's better to order in person rather than using the mobile option. The service is for takeout orders.

I don’t ever write bad reviews but management needs to know just how bad this location is. This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to I waited over 25 minutes for a drink, as well as the rest of the patrons in the store waiting 20+ minutes/ After months of renovations you’d think that they would’ve improved this location operationally, but the service is even worse than before. Service: Take out
