Fairfax Deli Pizza - Falls Church

Very good little spot where you can grab many different deli-type foods from sub sandwiches to pasta, pizza, and more… They even have some Latin American foods (I had a Silpancho). They even had bottled chicha morada! The staff were nice, too.

Fast take out, good pizza, and shockingly great wings (crispy and airy, not slick and oily). Pizza isn’t New York style (thicker crust) but is very good, might best in the area doesn’t skimp on the sauce or cheese and cooked perfectly.

I came across this spot back in 2008 when I worked for koons ford/dodge of falls church. All the mechanics would frequently go here for their lunch breaks. They would always get the steak and cheese sandwiches and I got hooked onto this place after trying it the first time. Every since then I've gone here many times and is always satisfied with their food and service. I would go so much the guy behind the counter would already know what I wanted before I could even speak. The things I like about the place besides the food, considering I grew up in falls church is that I believe it's been in business since the 70s so it's nice to still see businesses like that in the area. Its a hole in the wall spot which I dont mind. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be difficult at times but the times I've visited, I never had an issue. I was looking up another treasure of falls church on google (frozen dairy bar&boardwalk pizza) which unfortunately is not around. I use to go there for the milkshakes. Fairfax deli was recommended and I almost forgot about this place, so I had to leave a review. According to google I haven't been to Fairfax deli in 7 years. When I'm in town I will definitely stop by there again and I recommend this place to anyone. Start off with their steak and cheese and you'll be hooked like I was.

Went here for Atol de elote and was refunded when I arrived since they didn't have it. They also didn't have horchata which was disappointing. However we got 3 subs and an XL white pizza which was good. The bread was tasty on the subs and pizza had good crust. I would try again if they have the other items since this is the reason I tried this place out to begin with.

Found this spot by accident. Ordered the steak cheese. Delicious! The guy behind the counter was friendly, order was ready within 10 minutes of me walking in the door. 10/10 Would recommend! I am from Maryland and just happened ed to be out I. This area, but if I ever am again I will definitely be coming back here again!
