Carl's Jr. - Fallbrook

In the past month or so, this restaurant has really stepped up its game. I find myself eating here about 3.5 days a week, and I suspect they might have a new manager or something has changed, because the food has gone from just okay to truly impressive. The salad is fantastic! They’ve also switched to using parchment paper for their burgers, which helps retain the flavor and moisture. I usually don’t write reviews specifically about food, but I have to say, they are really raising the bar. I’m no longer worried about getting sick from their food.
