The Island - Fall River

I’d love to eat here but everytime I call no one answers or they’re really busy ?

Unfortunately it was the end of the night and nit many options. There was pork white rice and salad or mac salad. All of it was delicious regardless.Food: 5/5

I went to this restaurant approximately 1.5 years ago for the first time. I bought a certificate on restaurant.com for this place. The Island was AND STILL is listed on this website to buy a certificate to eat at this establishment. After my group ate at The Island, I presented the certificate which was not accepted by the waitress and the manager. I explained their restaurant was listed on the website and they replied they would look into it. I contacted restaurant.com which told me that restaurants that contract with them have to accept certificates that are listed on their website. This restaurant didn't accept the certificate or give any discount for THEIR mistake that is still on the website.

Getting loose the concept about “Restaurant” means. Looks now like bar or a pub. Beside that owner she still nice and food are good.
