Papa Johns - Fall River

The app and text message I received both indicated that my pizza was ready, but when I arrived at the restaurant, I had to wait an additional 14 minutes for them to put my pizza in the oven. The language barrier made it difficult to communicate with the staff, and the customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful.

I don't know how all these good reviews. The pizza is ALWAYS RAW!!! no matter how many times I say well done, it comes raw. They apologize and give me a coupon but nooooo I don't want a coupon I want a cooked pizza! So gross

This restaurant review is extremely negative. The sauce was overly sweet, and the cheese was not good. The reviewer would have preferred a frozen pizza and feels like they wasted nearly $30 on a meal that was so bad they want a refund.

As far as big chain pizza goes in Fall River this Papa John's is a personal favorite of mine. Never had an issue with the food and delivery is always quick with a kind delivery driver. Can't count how many times my orders have come in long before thetimer, a miracle when you're quite hungry. The ultimate pepperoni pizza is my usual go to, it's delicious.

On Friday night, June 3rd around 6:30, I ordered three pizzas from Papa John's: buff chick with Parmesan crust, stuffed pepperoni, and plain cheese. I ordered online, and the pizzas were hot and fresh when I arrived. The buff chick pizza was hearty, with a delicious Parmesan crust. The stuffed pepperoni was also hot and fresh. The person making the pizza that night deserves a raise or bonus. My only complaint is that the buff chick pizza needed more bacon and a bit more buffalo sauce. The Parmesan crust was perfect - crunchy yet slightly chewy. This was my first time trying Papa John's, and I will definitely be back. I only ordered it because a coworker had it for lunch and it looked good.
