Happy Garden - Fall River

This restaurant should really be renamed "Unhappy Garden" because the service is awful. My egg roll tasted like it had been fried in oil five times that day; it was old and soggy, making it very unappetizing. I ordered a beef and broccoli combo, but instead received a chicken and broccoli meal. I placed my order late, just before they were closing, so when my food arrived, I tried calling the restaurant back but got no answer. When I called again the next morning, the staff was rude, shouting over the phone and insisting that I had to pay for a replacement. I will never return to this restaurant—lesson learned.

I tried to call in an order for delivery and noticed on their website that they accept credit cards. However, when I spoke to a woman there, she informed me that they don’t actually take credit cards. I then attempted to order some items from their menu, but they don’t make several of the things listed. Overall, my experience was frustrating, and they lost a lot of business from my group of 25 people.

My favorite place for takeout! The food is always ready in 20 minutes or less. The only drawback is that they only accept cash, but it's conveniently located near my bank.

I have never been disappointed with this restaurant. It’s the only place that serves the perfect boneless spare ribs, and it’s the only place I eat chow mein. If anyone says it’s bad, they're either lying or just being difficult. Just saying!
