I cannot believe this place has been opened for more than a year. I pass them at least once a week, but didn't notice because the restaurant building was tucked far back from the main road. I recently saw their ad and decided to give it a try since I'm craving salmon poke.Upon entering, I was greeted by the staff behind the counter (could be the owners or owner and manager . They were all smiling and friendly. I've never felt this welcomed in a restaurant before. It wasn't too crowed so they quickly made my orders as they were taking it. The price is reasonable for the location and based on today's economy. It's refreshing to see how attentive they were. My food was ready under 10 minutes. Now to the food. If you're a poke lover, you must give this place a try! The salmon was fresh and nicely cut. I opted out of the premium toppings. Even so, the portion was generous and fulfilling. Trust me, after having Umami's poke bowl, you wouldn't want one from Whole Foods. The dumplings and chicken teriyaki were good and got my kids' approval. It's dangerous now that I find this place. It's really good and I'll definitely come back (soon! .
Excellent food. Do yourself a favor and get the pork dumplings. The meat is tender, not chewy. They are fantastic.
The food was delicious, and the staff was friendly and professional. I really love the fresh ingredients and the food being prepared right in front of you. You choose which ingredients you like in your bowl and the proteins are made to order. I really enjoy my meal just wish snapped a few pics.
Food was very fresh, and you got a very good portion for the price. I got the chicken teriyaki and dumplings, both were good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant space was clean and organized.
