Red Lobster Fairview Heights

The restaurant ignored the planned arrival time of opentable and simply put us in the waiting line for walks. we sat 30 minutes after our assigned sitting time and after other guests who arrived at the restaurant when we did. the opentable service was essentially worthless.

Open table was useless. Made no difference. Waited longer than the people who came after us.

Bryan checked to make sure we got credit for using open table and then showed us our table. We have always found the servers to be very friendly.

Long wait and they would seat people that came in 15-20 min after us first. Probably won’t visit that location again.
