Bidra med feedbackWe always have depended on stopping at the Burro Cafe for lunch on our trips to CO and return to New Mexico. Unfortunately, the Burro no longer exists. It is now Casa Sanchez and serves Mexican food. It does have a full liquor license but I would rather have the Burro back.
As of today’s date, the Cream Steam has been closed
Food is fresh, the service is sweet, the environment is cozy.
It knew the assignment. Cabin diner feel with a friendly staff and large menu. We did the breakfast and it certainly lived up to the hype. Would recommend getting one of their hispanic inspired dishes it seems to be their expertise. Pancakes also slapped.
Bomb breakfast burrito!! Cute little spot with friendly service.
