Good food, usually great service in a comfortable atmosphere. TV's tuned to sports, steak tips are almost always cooked to requested temp, Gold fever boneless wings have plenty of flavor and servers are usually friendly helpful and attentive. I say usually as someone's you get the newbie, or someone who's just having a bad day. But not often.

This particular location does a very good job compared to other 99 restaurants we've visited. Our waitress was efficient and knew the menu. We didn't have to wait long for any of our requests. If you stick to the basics here like a burger or salad, the food is good. Thank you 99.

Came in tonight(Saturday night), and had Kelley! She took care of my family and I and gave us some great dinner suggestions. I went with her favorite dish, the southwest chicken bowl and boy was it good. So glad to have a waitress with an opinion and not one that just quotes the highest priced meal. Also told us about kids eat free!!!! Been coming here so often and didn't know till now. Guess I'm finally a rewards member lol. Come for the bowls and ask for Kelley!! She'll take amazing care of you.

Great day Fourth of July came to eat at 99 restaurant food is wonderful here for a chain restaurant better than any other chain restaurant around I had the twin cage it was a big fish with 12 small scallops ordered asparagus on the side which was delicious my friend had Two seafood stuffies which were stuffed with scallops and shrimp then ordered on the side Mediterranean bean salad which was excellent Food is very reasonable for good quality of food

Horrible service. Not only would they not take our order for the app special because there was only one bar person and she could not get to us before the 5:00 cut off (we waited almost 20min) but the 2nd bartender who came is proudly stated that he was embarrassed to be an American! All set with this place. If you have employees that feel this strongly about our great country, then maybe they should live elsewhere!
