L&l Hawaiian Bbq - Fairfield

The experience at this restaurant was amazing. The Chicken Katsu is one of the best fried dishes I have ever tasted. All the side dishes were outstanding. The Hawaiian Sun drink is a definite must-try. Overall, I would rate it 6 out of 5 and highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

The freshly fried garlic shrimp served with rice and macaroni salad was actually pretty good.

The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and I would definitely return if I was in the area again. However, I noticed that the breaded items, especially the seafood combo, could have used a bit more time to cook. There seemed to be too much moisture in the breading. If I go back, I would prefer the items to be cooked a little longer to make them extra crispy. It may seem petty, but it would enhance my dining experience.

All the food is amazing. A surprising item, the burgers and fries are the best. Hottest combo I have ever had. Spam masubi is awesome.The only complaints are that the soda fountain is too fizzy and the order taker sometimes is talking on the phone, so it is challenging to tell when she is ready to take your order.

I ordered two BBQ chicken mini takeout for my mom and myself. The chicken were under cook and no flavor. My mom and I ended up throwing it away and bougth hamburger instead. Also the lady will say your order will be ready in 10 mins, how is that pssible when she said the same thing to 3 other people that ordered ahead of you. Never going back here again.
