Arby's - Fairfield

First, I waited 15 minutes to be served although I was the only customer in there. The young man who finally waited on me was rude and obnoxious. When my food finally came he just threw it on the counter and said hey this is for you. The food was supposed to be prime rib but it looks nothing like the ad on TV and was as tasteless as the help. This is my last time at Arby's.

Hit and miss here. For the ridiculous pricing for their food I expect perfection everytime!!

Terrible service. Mediocre food. But they just keep raising the prices.

Moved to fairfield from west chester. service and eat at this place ws excellent...best I had from arbys in awhile...heared to toilet stand before a yearfood: 5/5

They can have the meat, but they will be so disappointed with the amount and quality of the meat they get on a sandwich. I'm just going to arby now to get the apples. food: 3/5
