Staff cannot even answer the phone after a call over an hour. A cashier gave over 20 cents of wrong changes, so I wonder how the man has another job!? Wrong elementary mathematics. Management, please check your cash registers.

Think it's been here since the dinosaurs walked the earth. Having fun admittedly. Dear Virginia, please allow for privatization of liquor stores. We the residents, are known to go to other localities, to stock up due to your mandated prices. The commonwealth needs to get its hands off of this industry, well yes there are others too, but enough of Richmond dictating what we can and can't buy. Their pricing is like the taxes, too high. Okay my political views aside, they do have a good selection for a government enterprise. Also I like the employees here. They know what to recommend, as every family has a booze fan. I'm a big fan of moderation and fitness, so mostly buying for relatives for birthdays and Christmas. They have nice gift sets here for the holidays. This is a well run store, and it's clean and organized too.
