Bidra med feedbackIt's okay for a Subway but it never seems that fresh and now they decided to stop taking the coupons which was my motivation for visiting.
The Subway app is VERY DIFFICULT to navigate and order using a special deal, even the gal at Subway didn't know how to do it but she tried to help. I had to order using the app to get the deal (buy 2 get 1 free) and to get the $2 reward you go to the scan code box to use at the store but when you back out of the scan code to order the deal, you lose that $2 reward! Then you need to pick a location, order, and check if the location accepts the deal. If you hit the button, then you just ordered (3 footlongs in this case but the location didn't accept app deals although they accept paper deals with the scan code), so your credit card on file is charged 3 footlongs. The fine print says to hit the words (it makes a call for you) and talk to the store (that doesn't accept the app deals) and they will correct it. Wrong. The manager at the store wouldn't deal with it, she just let the young gal deal with it. She called the main manager or owner of the store and she said he told her to tell me to call my bank to get a refund. What? Somebody called the store (don't know if it was the same man) and told her to tell me to call the main Subway number which the gal have me but that number didn't say it was Subway and said something about call back later (it was 7pm). I finally asked for my 3 footlongs because I paid for them, then they didn't have any yellow mustard (was not given an explanation why). In behalf of the manager in the store (the one who let the young gal deal with it), she did give me 2 cookies. Recommendation: Use paper coupons and order and pay at the store.
I do have a craving for subway once in a while and this place is right next to my work. Staff is friendly and sometimes i get a free chocolate chip cookie. Not sure its because i gave them $2 tip. Dont like that they keep changing staff very often.
This location used to take Subway coupons until today. According to staff, the management decided that they didn't like their customers not paying full price for ham and cheese on 8 lbs of bread. Let's hope they reverse this decision as I used to buy food for myself and fellow staff here but other sub shops are looking really great right now. Thanks for disrespecting loyal customers.
The two ladies working today were on it! Went during a lunch rush. Still got my order as requested in a timely fashion.
