They had trouble understanding me, and I had to repeat my order several times. You even forgot to give me the cookies I have ordered and paid. If I hadn't been in a hurry, it might have gone smoother, but the experience wasn't pleasant and actually a bit frustrating. I'll try her back in a few weeks to see if it was just a free day for her.

Eat his okay, customer service is bad. The guy gave a tough time because I got a birthday cookie reward and didn't want to give me any!. Had to ask twice to get more ingredients in my sandwich. I hesitate to come back here.

Staff work there sohumor and unconscious, never try to eat there

Well-being and friendly staff. I'm often here for lunch and always had a great experience. The staff is phenomenal. The most important past is consistency. Thanks West-Ox subway team.

I was there last minute new year eve just 5 minutes before closing ..the lady who served was extremely helpful and accommodating. Both the employees helped me out best possible way .
