Bidra med feedbackThe service was good. The dishes were good as well but not great. The vibe is lively with lot of young crowd and sports running on TVs. Main issue is delay and it is horrible that you get a table after a long wait and you get exhausted if you are hungry. AVOID UNLESS YOU CAN WAIT
Pick up order, wasn?t ready. So asked if i could sit and wait. Well, food came up and sat there, after a few mins i ended up asking if that was mine, it was. Missed 10 wings and provided a drop of marinara. Called them and didn?t pick up. ???? check their order before leaving like it?s a McDonald?s drive through. Lol. Also get with your pickup order guy, a kindergartner would had done better.
To go order: celery sticks were nasty... Like week old, need to be thrown away, slimy nasty. Wing sizes were highly disproportionate; one box had all super small wings. Taste/sauces were to be expected.
Waited for more than 20 Mins, literally ko one came to receive, I can see waiters but no one came to receive. It was not that busy. There was no one reception. I love Buffalo Wild Wings but will never visit this Fairfax location. Very bad experience.
1. Take a look at the photos I have posted, which clearly show how little they care about preparing your food properly. 1.A The Wings were extremely dry, which is unacceptable. Some had too much sauce while others had almost none at all. 1.B The Wings were also not presented correctly; they were all in the wrong spots, making it difficult to tell which was which. I had to order extra sauce on the side because my original order with extra sauce was not fulfilled. The color of the sauce on the mat was different from the sauce in the cups, indicating a lack of attention to detail in the kitchen. 1.C The Wings were not cooked properly; they were crunchy and still frozen in the middle. No steam or heat was coming off of them, and they were cold. I cut open a wing to take a photo - would you want to eat this? I only ate them because I was hungry, but I will not be returning to this location. My advice to the owners is to retrain your kitchen staff. As it stands, this restaurant is becoming one of the worst wing stops in town. I hope you take this review to heart. I wrote this review without being paid and it reflects my honest thoughts on the business. The restaurant had no knowledge of my review, so this is an accurate reflection of their business practices as I experienced them. Respectfully.
