Blue Iguana Restaurant - Fairfax

Absolutely horrible and childish quality. Waiter was great and polite, but the food is absolutely thawed out the morning of, and is a complete joke. If you're already drunk go here...you won't care. If you're interested in a great meal...talk to Sergeant NOPE. You can get better quality at 7-11. Not really sure what else to say, but that was so disappointing.

Large portions on the wings and tenders we ordered, quick service Food was just not that good. Old, rubbery chicken. Not seasoned particularly well. First time in based om positive reviews but maybe we just caught them on a bad night

We were there as a large group for happy hour. Great happy hour drinks and food, even on weekends. Fast and very friendly service. We had a great time.

Brunch was not what I expected but the a la cart menu was very good! Tucked into a shopping plaza, Blue Iguana treats locals to good food! They are famous for their botanas, so that's what I had. Very, very rich and creamy, I had it over grits instead of rice. Still very good! The tres leches cake listed on the menu was no longer a part of it, sadly. The staff was attentive and very nice. Next time I'm gonna try the shrimp and grits... Recommend!

We cannot wait to get back there! The bartender who took care of us, she was amazing! Especially making both of our kids so comfortable and gave them such memorable time. I will get her name and add to this review but I am sure she wouldn't work anywhere if it wasn't up to her standards. So the food is amazing and their culture is very warm and accommodating. Enjoy... Desiree is her name and she is amazing. Also Yanni is another bartender and he was fun too, especially his
