Bidra med feedbackI work many hours at my job so I tend to Uber eats a lot. This my second time having my order WRONG!! First time I ordered a giant sub extra everything. Instead I received a regular turkey sub. Called then and explained that I got the wrong sub . The lady insisted she made my food. I explained to her that I was denying she made it , Just that I didn’t receive it. Was really nasty. Uber refunded me. Just ordered again (stupid)??.. ordered 3 subs extra meat be 80 dollars received 2 subs and of course no extra meat!! I’m so done with this location. Hopefully I can find another one near by

I hate that this location is the only one near my job because they are HORRIBLE. If you order delivery, the order WILL BE WRONG and if you order in person, THEY WILL BE RUDE! The two stars is only because one lady (seemed like a manager because she was the ONLY professional or pleasant one I’ve encountered) realized that I didn’t eat pork, so she made them clean the blades before making my sandwich AND that was THE only time I didn’t encounter any problems; otherwise, I would give them ZERO stars if I could. This location needs some serious customer service training ASAP! Or maybe the staff should go work in a call center or something if they don’t want to be facing customers daily, because I don’t want to patronize any business who treats their customers like I’m inconveniencing them! Sandwiches get made with an attitude. You deal with an attitude at the register. From now on, I’ll go across the street to Firehouse Subs!
I placed an order June 30, 2023 from the Fairburn location. I received 2 of the 3 subs I ordered for delivery. I called inquiring about my 3rd sub right after the driver left my home. The person who answered the phone had the sub there in front of him. He told me I could come pick the sub up. I paid for delivery, why would I now drive to the restaurant to fix the problem they caused? He offered a refund which I accepted. It is now July 14, 2023 and I have not received my refund.
