Bojangles - Fairburn

It was okay for a chicken sandwich. I didn't know it was supposed to be spicy until I broke into the sandwich and noticed the spicing. I wish the sandwich was warmer, especially as it was during lunch. Overall, I didn't have to wait long on the drive thru and the replay was helpful. The Pommes weren't as hot as I did.

The order lasted 20 minutes, a lot of staff, laughing and cutting, and holding me as if I were a troubler. Finally, a person asked me what I ordered, then left. The front mum was very nice and tried to help. As soon as I received the order, I had to go back and ask for gravity and napkins. Trash was crowded and bathroom was very dirty. a customer was said to wait a while cause under staff and started laughing. I counted seven people. They have to fire and rent 4, which will work.

The staff was very friendly and quick to order. I went to the store to order and we dived. The 20-part family meal is a lot and the chicken is so juicy, even the breast pieces!

The Bo's Chicken Sandwich Cajun snapped on a road and never had Bojangles before. The best chicken sandwich I've had for a long time.

New building. Clean. Plenty of parking. Off main road of Senioa. Next door to Taco Bell. Food is okay. Customer service need work. I rated a one because for delivery services pickup time is slow 90% of the time. I waited 10 minutes for an order that I never got. The car in front of me got their food. Three cars behind me got their food. I called and asked did they forget about me and a worker answered and said that there was only one person working and that she had just arrived and asked me to wait an additional 5 minutes could be longer or shorter wait . Poor customer service.
