Posted hours are not right. Hit or Miss if they are actually open when you are there. They have decent small portions for $1, and not far from the center of the city.
Dear, dear, love this place. The prices are good ice cream is wonderful! My favourite is the banana pudding ice cream!!!

Super busy when we walked in...a few jerk customers, but the clerk kept her cool with dignity poise...well done young lady.
