Wok N Roll - Fairbanks

I've been here twice a year, and both times I ended up feeling really sick. The food looked appealing, but the taste didn't live up to expectations. I won’t be returning. Perhaps they should consider offering meat or other options.

This is the only place in town that offers authentic Potstickers, both steamed and fried. Unlike the usual dim sum dumplings, these are genuine Cantonese Potstickers! Their Crab Rangoon is filled with crab—likely imitation crab, but that's no issue. Most restaurants tend to overload theirs with cream cheese and green onions. The Mongolian Beef is just right, featuring a generous portion of marinated beef slices, crispy onions, and crunchy rice noodles. The portions are huge! Don't miss the chef's special fried rice, which is packed with shrimp and perfectly cooked. They use chicken thighs instead of breasts, but they trim away the fat. Given the prices, you receive family-style service, and the delivery driver is always punctual and courteous.

The food is solid and reliable. I dine here frequently, and it’s consistently good. I've been a regular for years and have never had a disappointing meal.
