Tacos Al Pastor - Fairbanks

They have delicious food and are so kind! Genuinely care about you and make you feel like family! Love this place!

Wow! We went to Tacos Al Pastor last night for dinner! I got the Tacos Al Pastor with rice and beans and my Husband got the Mollettes with rice and beans. Both dishes were fantastic! My tacos had just enough heat and the pork was really tasty! I loved the char on the meat... bits of crispy crunchy goodness with the insides all tender and delicious. And the pineapple in the Tacos isn't overpowering at all, it just add a bit of sweet freshness. And the salsa verde!!! I'm going to order a side of just the salsa verde the next time I go!! We can't wait to go try it again! Next time... shrimp tacos!!!

The only place in Fairbanks you need to go for REAL tacos! I had the spicy shrimp tacos. Definitely the better choice among drive-up places in Fairbanks. Hasta pronto!

I literally never write reviews about food but this one really takes the cake!! First time trying this place today the taco al pastor was BEYOND amazing! So full of flavor the closest thing to authentic that I’ve had in such a long time. The rice was so perfect. This place will be a go-to of mine.

Wow!!!! Went for the first time yesterday and I was completely blown away! The food was sooooooo Good!!!! And the service was 100%! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for authentic Mexican food!
