Jo's Oven - Fairbanks

I ordered a dozen cupcakes for a birthday a week and half in advance, received confirmation of the order but they needed more information so I called back several times to confirm/pay and arrange pick up and no one called me back. It’s bizarre how many businesses in fairbanks won’t let you pay them for their services.

Tried a Maple cinnamon roll with candied bacon! Soooo delicious!

Biscuit and gravy was amazing!! Could feed a family of four maybe?? . So big we'll be eating it for lunch too. Service was amazing and they have a wonderful selection of baked goods. Worth the time checking it out..

I just had the sourdough breakfast bake with sausage gravy! One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had! If you’re into biscuits and gravy, this is the place to go!

Jo’s Oven has always done great cakes/cupcakes for us but today she really made things possible for us without us stressing. Our other baker we use got sick and had to cancel. Jo’s Oven was able to pull something off for us so last minute and I appreciate it so much. Thank you for always being great!
