We ordered the alaskan amber beer, deep roasted alaskan halibut with steak-frries, smoked porter burger with waffelfries, signatur steak bits, strawberry milkshake their suppe of the day (creamn with rice, southwestern oak and a bacon burger for dinner. friendly customer service here and eating came really good! also nicely plated. Amazing service! Our bartender was so nice and explained their beer selection to us. Then somehow understood our friend who wanted a beer flight but was only using her hands to gesture the shape of a rectangle. And then brought us all flights since we all changed our minds on what we wanted. Plus the food was delicious!

The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was beautifully relaxed. They even served sweet tea, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, we were seated near the door and felt a bit cold. The potatoes from the corn were a little too mushy for my liking, but the dish had a subtle dill flavor that I really enjoyed.

The $19.99 halibut sandwich was interesting; it resembled and tasted like a sandwich made from five fried fish tacos. While it was a bit dry, the tartar sauce helped enhance its flavor. Next, we tried the $20.99 halibut tacos, which came with two crispy fried halibut tacos, and they were quite good. I also had the $17.99 chicken fajita platter. Surprisingly, my friend ordered it for the first time to take a break from fried food, although he paired it with a caffeinated drink. It’s amusing how he used to indulge in fried foods a lot more in his younger days! Overall, we ordered a variety of drinks, and they were all delicious.

We ordered large portions, as recommended. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, great service, and a solid American menu. We ended up taking most of our meal home in to-go boxes for the next day. I tried the halibut and chips, salmon salad, and halibut tacos—all were excellent, and the service was quick. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy dinner in the city.
